Base Oil N-70

Base Oil N-70

Group II are hydro-cracked base oils. They are produced by undergoing hydro level of saturates and purges out impurities. They have fair to good performance in lubricating properties such as volatility, oxidative stability a crank viscosity and extreme pressure wear. They are defined as having a viscosity index between 80 and 120 while having a level of sulphur lower than 0.03% and are less polar with values less than 10 pS/m very low conductivity.

Base oil N-70 works as a base stock for several industrial lubricants:

  • Transformer oils, ink oil
  • Marine Oil
  • Industrial Gear oils
